Someone I know has the Klez virus and I figured this out based on the weird emails I get saying things like the message I sent can't be delivered with weird subject lines and odd attachments.

PLEASE check your systems! And don't open attachments. Maybe change your Outlook setting to prompt you about attachments instead of opening them automatically. That's the default you know.
